This diversity of experience supports Arushiom's mission—to raise human consciousness by helping people releasing emotional burdens stored in their subconscious—and ensures a valuable balance between rigor, compassion, and openness.

Personal development and spiritual teacher from Canada, Master Richard has been helping people release emotional burdens stored in their subconscious for nearly 15 years.

He began his career as an elevator mechanic before realizing that he had the ability to sense energy blockages with his hands. He then studied massotherapy, hypnosis, Eastern medicine, naturopathy, and yoga. He also developed a keen interest in personal development, spending hours meditating, praying, and working on himself.

Through his journey, he developed the ability to accompany people at subconscious level, which has yielded excellent results for many people.

In 2020, he sold everything and set out to travel the world giving lectures and workshops. In 2021, he created the Arushiom Foundation in South Africa. After four years traveling through Africa and Europe, he launched his first book, Healing Yourself and Understanding Life...Secrets Revealed, in Quebec and throughout the French-speaking world in 2025.

Master Richard's distinctive and transformative approach has so far helped thousands of people committed to personal well-being to begin a process of liberation from repetitive patterns, emotional wounds, addictive behaviors, and bad habits.

President

Mechanical Engineer and manager with over 28 years of experience in management, operations, maintenance, asset management, organizational development, change management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the chemical and mining industries.

Louis has held several leadership positions that have taken him across Africa, including Morocco, Madagascar, South Africa, Guinea, and Burkina Faso.

After meeting Master Richard in 2015, an encounter that helped him resolve a profound emotional challenge, he chose to follow his teachings and promote his work. Since 2021, he has served as President of the Arushiom Foundation. While he continues to work part-time as a consultant in operational excellence and maintenance in the mining sector, most of his time is now devoted to fulfilling Arushiom’s mission. He regularly travels the world alongside Master Richard to support this work.

Christiane spent most of her career in management positions in customer service and sales in the telecommunications and energy sectors. Retired since 2022, she is now fully committed to volunteering and serving as a member of the foundation's board.

Christiane is also the spouse of Master Richard, and they have been together for over 30 years. She has had the opportunity to witness his transformation, the impact of his work on the subconscious mind, and the changes it has brought about in thousands of people. She has also had the opportunity to experience the benefits of working at the subconscious level, which allows her to better understand and assist Maître Richard in fulfilling his mission.

Dr. Nadine Haberfeld is an empathetic and passionate alternative medicine practitioner based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

She began her medical career in emergency medicine before turning to alternative medicine and aesthetics.

Over the years, she has gained training and experience in various causative services, obtaining certification in advanced resuscitation for trauma, pediatrics, and cardiovascular emergencies.

Dr. Nadine spent seven years in clinical research, particularly in the field of Alzheimer's disease and osteoporosis management.

As part of her approach to alternative medicine, Dr. Nadine uses applied kinesiology and the Medical Medium philosophy to treat and manage various chronic conditions. This involves the use of natural supplements, diets, and lifestyles to support and accelerate the healing process.

She met Master Richard in 2022 and, in addition to attending numerous emotional release sessions, she participated in two retreats where she was able to see for herself the benefits of working at the subconscious level in all its depth. In addition to her work as a healthcare professional, she invites her patients who wish to do so to engage in emotional work through Master Richard's approach.

Skilled in office management, event coordination, bookkeeping, and client services. Holds a Diploma in Fashion Design and multiple certifications in software, communication, and wellness methodologies. Recognized for adaptability, punctuality, and ability to thrive under pressure. Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Pomeela attended Master Richard's retreat in Johannesburg and has since embraced the work he promotes at subconscious level.
