MASTER RICHARD
Why does Master Richard call himself “Master”?
It’s a question we sometimes hear, and it deserves an honest answer.
First, it’s important to note that we are all equal in the eyes of God. We are all children of God, and each of us has a divine light within us. However, just as in the material world, there are different stages of maturity. There are children, teenagers, adults, parents, grandparents… and everyone moves forward at their own pace.
In the spiritual realm, it is the same: some are barely awakened, others are just beginning their journey, and some have gained, through experience and awareness, a certain degree of mastery over their inner lives, their emotions, and their reactions.
A master, therefore, is not someone who considers himself superior, but someone who has gone through many stages of inner transformation and is now in the service of God and others.
The title “Master” here is not a matter of ego, but a recognition of one’s vibrational frequency. For a long time, even Master Richard resisted this title. But during his meditations, he received this guidance: the title “Master,” placed before his first name and omitting his last name, raises his vibration and reflects the state of soul he embodies today.
For him, this means a commitment to walk by faith, to lead with love, and to maintain control—as much as possible—over his emotional reactions.
We are not in control of life, because God has the final say. But we can learn to take control of our reactions, our wounds, and our inner perspective.
And if some people are wondering, “Why aren’t we all called ‘teachers,’ if we’re all equal?”, here’s an important distinction.
If everyone had self-control, there would be no more war or conflict on this planet. But as long as people do not control their reactions, the outside world will continue to be, in part, a reflection of our inner world.
The Arushiom Foundation exists precisely to help raise human consciousness. Its mission is to help people raise their vibration, free themselves from their emotional burdens, and gain greater and greater control over their emotional reactions.
By rediscovering this inner peace, each of us can live more fully in love, clarity, and awareness, and in this way, we can work together to create a more harmonious world. Because when each of us works on ourselves, we gradually transform humanity.
Is Master Richard a healer?
No! Because, in his view, a healer tries to heal everyone, and he doesn’t believe that’s possible.
Only God can decide when a person can be healed. And sometimes, this can happen through a human channel whose body has been sufficiently purified to allow this energy to flow through it.
But that’s not up to him.
A gift from heaven manifested itself in Master Richard after several years of purification and self-improvement, thousands of hours of meditation, and his years of experience and training.
Every form of suffering and every pain can be part of life’s trials and contribute to our growth. According to our spiritual understanding, it is therefore important to respect each person’s spiritual journey and not to seek to intervene at any cost. An intervention that is not in harmony with that journey could, according to our beliefs, interfere with the person’s spiritual evolution and also have spiritual consequences for the one who intervenes.
That’s why Master Richard believes it is not to him to decide who should be relieved of suffering or healed. He leaves this decision in God’s hands and sees himself merely as a channel when permitted to do so.
That is why the Arushiom Foundation offers sessions focused on emotional release and physical relaxation, to support each person on their own journey.
Does Master Richard offer one-on-one sessions?
You may have seen videos on our social media accounts showing Master Richard working one-on-one with someone. These demonstrations take place as part of our in-person group activities or retreats.
With the exception of these opportunities offered as part of our activities, Maître Richard does not offer private one-on-one sessions.
During certain in-person group sessions, participants who wish to take part in this experience and who agree to be filmed may enter a drawing. Those selected will then have the opportunity to participate in a demonstration directly with Master Richard at no additional cost, as it is part of the activity.
The retreats also offer more opportunities to experience this work firsthand with Maître Richard. Thanks to the time spent together and the more immersive format, most participants will have the opportunity to benefit from this experience, depending on how the retreat unfolds.
Our emotional release and physical relaxation sessions are offered in groups, online via Zoom, or in person.
OUR ENVIRONMENT
Do you provide medical or psychological services?
No, absolutely not. We are not doctors, and our approach is not a substitute for any medical or psychological treatment.
Our approach is complementary and focuses on emotional work at the subconscious level, as well as on physical release through an energy-based approach, with the goal of promoting overall well-being.
As Master Richard explains in his book Healing Yourself and Understanding Life… Secrets Revealed, (currently only available in French) our approach considers the human being as a whole, across different dimensions: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
According to our approach, these different dimensions are interconnected. Our sessions focused on emotional release and physical relaxation are part of this holistic view of the human being.
Can I work on any emotion during an emotional release session, even when dealing with serious events such as an assault or abuse?
Emotional release sessions, whether online or in person, are not intended to directly address major traumas, such as assault or abuse.
In these situations, it is important to work with a qualified professional. The in-person retreats offered by the Arushiom Foundation may be considered as a complementary option, within a more structured framework suited to more in-depth work.
In any case, you don’t have to talk publicly about what you’ve been through. The work remains internal and confidential.
ATTEND A SESSION
What do you mean by “emotional release session”?
An emotional release session aims to work at the subconscious level, where, according to our approach, many memories and past experiences are stored that can still influence our reactions, emotions, and certain behaviors.
Sometimes we react strongly to a situation or to something someone we love says, only to later regret our reaction or ask ourselves, “Why did I react that way?” Some reactions can become automatic and repeat themselves, even when we consciously want to act differently.
According to certain approaches in personal development, the subconscious mind influences up to 95% of our reactions and behaviors. That is why our sessions do not focus solely on what we are aware of: they involve inner work at the subconscious level to gradually release certain emotional burdens and change reactions or automatic responses that no longer serve us.
And you don’t have to consider yourself an “emotional” person to participate. Some people tell us, “I’m not angry, I’m not frustrated—I don’t really have any emotions to work through.” Yet sometimes it’s our reactions, our habits, or certain recurring situations in our lives that can help us recognize what still affects us deep down.
All of this work remains entirely confidential. You do not have to share your personal story with the group. Not even Master Richard knows which emotions you choose to work through. Everyone goes through the experience internally, at their own pace, with respect and without judgment.
Should I talk about my past or relive my traumas?
Yes… and no.
No, you don’t need to tell your story to anyone.
Yes, you will be asked to briefly reconnect with what you felt in the past so that, according to our approach, the associated emotion can surface and be processed at the subconscious level.
It is an introspective, simple process that is guided and respects your own pace.
Important note: For less severe traumatic events—sometimes referred to as “minor traumas”—our sessions can provide additional support. However, for major traumas or particularly difficult experiences, we recommend our retreats, which offer more time and support. In all cases, our services are intended to be complementary and do not replace medical or psychological care when it is necessary.
Can I attend an emotional release session even if I haven't experienced any major trauma?
Absolutely! You don’t have to have experienced a “major trauma” to participate in an emotional release session.
Very often, people look for a major event or a major trauma to work through, when in fact it is the little things in everyday life that can teach us a great deal about what is going on inside us.
Impatience, mood swings, frustration, anger, certain fears, or even reacting strongly to something someone says or a particular situation can be signs to watch for.
According to our approach, we all carry within us emotions, behaviors, thoughts, or beliefs that can influence how we react. These reactions can sometimes manifest as automatic responses or repetitive patterns that recur in our lives.
Emotional release sessions are therefore open to anyone who wishes to better understand their reactions, work through certain emotions, and gradually regain a greater sense of peace and inner control.
For major traumas or particularly difficult experiences, we tend to prefer the setting of our retreats, which allows for a more structured process, with more time and guidance.
Can I invite someone to an emotional release session even if they're skeptical?
Absolutely! Skeptics are welcomed with open arms. No specific beliefs are required to participate.
However, a certain openness to the experience and to doing the work suggested during the session is essential to getting the most out of it.
All you have to do is be present, follow the instructions, and enjoy the experience at your own pace. It’s often only by going through the experience that we can truly discover what it has to offer.
What can I expect after a session of emotional release or physical relaxation?
Everyone reacts differently. Some people may notice a change after the very first session, while for others, the changes occur more gradually.
During an emotional release session, the work is done gradually, addressing one or more emotional layers at a time. Some people quickly notice that they react less strongly to situations that previously affected them, while for others, this change occurs over time.
During a body release session, most participants report a reduction in their tension, discomfort, or physical pain. However, the extent of the change varies from person to person: for some, the improvement may be significant or even complete, while for others, it may be more subtle or gradual . Results therefore vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
According to our approach, the physical and emotional dimensions are interconnected. That is why we place importance on both: focusing solely on physical discomfort without considering what may also be happening on an emotional level does not reflect our holistic approach.
This isn’t an instant process for everyone. The work happens gradually, and regular participation in the sessions helps you continue on this journey, both emotionally and physically.
Where should I start to free myself from my negative emotions, wounds, or fears?
This is a question many people ask themselves. Here are a few first steps to get you started on your journey:
1. Sign up for our newsletter
To receive the dates of our upcoming online and in-person sessions, retreats, videos, and resources.
2. Take part in a session focused on emotional release or physical relaxation
Our sessions are open to everyone. You don’t have to share anything with the group—the work takes place internally, at your own pace.
3. Watch our video on the subconscious mind
It will help you better understand—from our perspective—how certain emotions, memories, or past experiences can still influence our reactions, behaviors, or fears today.
4. Pay attention to what triggers a reaction in you on a daily basis
Pay attention to situations that trigger feelings of anger, fear, sadness, impatience, mood swings, or discomfort in you. These insights are valuable: they can help you identify what you’d like to work on during our sessions.
You don’t have to wait until you’re “ready” to get started. All it takes is the will to move forward. Every step counts.
WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS
Do you offer in-person retreats or events?
Yes. We organize immersive retreats, emotional release and physical relaxation sessions, workshops, and in-person conferences in various regions and countries.
We choose our destinations primarily based on the interest and participation from each region. Participation in our online sessions, registrations for our activities, and the interest shown by our community help us determine where demand is highest.
The more our community grows in a region, the more likely we are to organize in-person activities there.
We can also collaborate with local individuals or groups who would like to help organize an activity in their area.
Would you like Arushiom to come to a location near you? Join our online activities, follow us, and share our activities with those around you. Your participation directly helps us decide on our next destinations.
Which countries do you travel to?
We are open to organizing activities anywhere in the world, depending on interest and demand.
Our presence in a country often begins online. The more people in a region follow us, share our activities , and participate in our online sessions on emotional release and physical relaxation, the more we can gauge the interest in our approaches in that region.
When a sufficiently large community develops in a country, we can then consider organizing conferences, in-person sessions, workshops, or retreats there .
Would you like Arushiom to come to your area? Follow us, take part in our online activities, and share them with your friends and family. Your interest and participation can help make your region one of our next destinations.
