LIVE TESTIMONIALS
Strangers, intense pain...
and a live release.
The videos you see above and on social media feature people we’ve met in various places or during in-person workshops. They arrive with severe physical pain and leave feeling much better. Watch how, after just a few minutes of energy work, they report that their pain has almost completely subsided. See for yourself how energy acts directly on the physical body. (In French)
UNDERSTANDING WHAT ENERGY REVEALS
When the pain suddenly subsides, it can return
just as quickly if the emotion returns.
In fact, if you experience certain emotions intensely, it’s normal for your body to remain tense or stiff, and over time, this can lead to certain physical problems.
When pain or tension subsides quickly, it indicates something important:
The body doesn't just respond to muscles, bones, or joints.
It also reacts to energy.
It reacts to stress.
It reacts to emotions.
It reacts to what you’re holding inside.
If blocked energy is released in a matter of seconds, it becomes blocked again just as quickly when you relive the same emotions.
That is why physical pain often returns.
An emotion resurfaces (stress, fear...)
The body tenses up.
The energy is blocked.
The pain is coming back.
As long as we don't change what triggers the pain, the body keeps sending the same message.

STRESS, EMOTIONS, AND TENSION IN THE BODY
Pain is often a message from the body.
Pain isn’t there to punish you. It often comes to tell you:

"Look what's happening."
"Your body is carrying too much."
"Something has to change."
"You can't go on like this anymore."
When your body sends a strong signal, it’s not meant to discourage you.
It’s often meant to encourage you to change.
Body language isn’t made up of words, but of pain.
Behind every tension, every pain, or every blockage lies a message waiting to be released.
Pain sometimes becomes the signal that forces us to listen to ourselves.
Your body is telling you something when you feel:
- muscle pain and tension
- persistent fatigue
- recurring stiffness or discomfort
- joint problems
- the pain recurs regularly

EMOTIONS · SUBCONSCIOUS · BODY
Relieving physical discomfort is good.
But it's better to clear whatever is blocking it.
A body release session helps the body relax.
But if the same emotions resurface every day, the body often begins to tense up again.
That is why we also work on emotions at the subconscious level.
Because the subconscious mind records all the events in your life, whether real or perceived.
That’s where these live
- Your fears.
- Your injuries.
- Your physical tensions
- Your automatic behaviors
When these responses are released, the body is able to return to a state of calm more easily.
The less your emotions control you, the longer your body remains relaxed.
ONLINE OR IN-PERSON BODY RELEASE SESSION
Why is body release essential?
To help your body keep up with the pace of everyday life.
These days, we're always rushing around.
We often drive at 200 km/h.
We rarely stop.
The problem is that eventually, your body can’t keep up anymore.
Until you can better manage your pace of life, your schedule, or your emotions at their root, a body release session can serve as a true break.
It helps people unwind, recharge, and regain a better quality of life.
It's a necessary break to recharge, change your habits, and better manage your emotions at their source.
Two ways to free yourself
And each one complements the other

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT PAIN, STRESS, AND BODY RELAXATION
Your questions,
our honest answers.
What is a body release session?
This is a guided group meditation with energy work led by Master Richard. Our sessions are designed to help the body relieve pain, release muscle tension, and promote better energy flow.
Should I talk about my pain?
No. You don’t have to explain your problems. Just participate in the session at your own pace.
Are the sessions held online?
Yes. The body release sessions are offered both online and in person. You can participate from anywhere else in the world.
What is the difference between body release and emotional release?
These two approaches are closely related, but differ in their primary point of entry.
Body Release has a direct effect on the body. Its primary goal is to relax the muscles, release accumulated tension, and relieve physical pain.
Emotional release focuses on the emotional and subconscious realms. Its goal is to identify, acknowledge, and release the blockages, frustrations, and repetitive patterns that drive our daily reactions.
Since the body and mind are closely connected, emotional release often has a beneficial effect on the physical level as well. Even if that isn’t the primary goal, many people subsequently notice that their tension has eased.
Does everyone feel a change?
No. Some people feel a rapid change. Others need more time. Each body reacts based on its history, stress level, and inner state.
Why do certain physical pains keep coming back despite various treatments?
When pain recurs frequently, it isn’t always caused solely by muscle tension or a physical problem. The body sometimes retains certain repetitive patterns: when an emotion, a fear, or an inner state recurs regularly, the body can recreate the same physical tensions, often in the same place.
Even if the pain temporarily subsides, it may return as long as the source of the body’s tension has not been released. Just as in acupuncture, the body needs energy to flow freely so that the muscles, organs, and various parts of the body can function properly. When this flow is disrupted, certain tensions or pains may appear or return.
That is why we often work on the physical body and the emotional aspect at the same time, to help release what is causing these tensions and promote a more lasting sense of well-being.
Can I participate if I have lower back pain or chronic back pain?
Yes. The back is often one of the first areas where the body accumulates various internal tensions.
When energy doesn’t flow as well, muscles can lose flexibility, and certain pains may develop or recur regularly.
But when the same pains persist for a long time, it often becomes important to also address the emotions or inner memories that may be keeping the body in this state.
Can I participate if I constantly experience migraines or tension in my shoulders, neck, or nape?
Yes. For many people, the upper body is where stress, certain fears, or various internal tensions tend to accumulate.
Over time, the body may end up remaining in this state of contraction almost constantly.
Body sessions helps release these physical tensions, while emotional sessions helps address the underlying factors that sometimes cause the body to recreate the same state.
Can I participate if I have persistent muscle pain?
Yes. When a muscle remains tense for a long time, it often indicates that the problem is not just poor posture or physical overexertion.
Every muscle needs good energy flow to function properly.
But when certain emotions or internal tensions remain active for a long time, the body may unconsciously maintain certain muscle contractions.
Can I participate if I have pain in my legs, knees, or feet?
Yes. Certain physical tensions can extend all the way down to the legs, knees, or feet when the body remains tense for long periods of time.
When energy flows more freely, many discomforts often gradually subside.
But if certain deep-rooted emotional tensions remain active, the body may continue to recreate certain physical imbalances.
Can I participate if I have pain in my arms, hands, or wrists?
Yes. The body can sometimes hold onto certain tensions all the way up to the arms, wrists, or hands when it has been in a state of internal tension for a long time.
Energy work often helps promote better circulation in the body.
At the same time, emotional release helps address the factors that sometimes keep this inner state active.
Can I participate if I’m living with persistent fatigue accompanied by physical pain?
Yes. When the body is constantly tense, it uses a great deal of energy simply to maintain that internal state.
Over time, this can lead to persistent fatigue, a feeling of heaviness, or various physical discomforts.
Body release helps the body unwind, while emotional work helps address the factors that sometimes contribute to this state.
Why do some pains go away quickly and then come back?
Sometimes pain subsides quickly when certain physical tensions are released.
But if whatever is keeping the body tense from within remains present, the body can gradually recreate exactly the same tensions.
Focusing solely on physical exercise often provides only temporary relief.
That is why we also work with emotions at the subconscious level.
Can I participate if I have fibromyalgia?
Yes. When significant physical discomfort has been present for several years, it often means that the body is experiencing a deep-seated imbalance that has been in place for a long time.
The longer a problem persists, the more important it often becomes to also address the accumulated emotional baggage that may be contributing to maintaining that inner state.
Body release and emotional release often go hand in hand.
Can I participate if I have sciatica?
Yes. Some sciatic pain can persist when certain physical strains remain present for a long time.
Body release helps promote better energy flow and release certain tensions.
But when the body continually recreates the same tensions, it often becomes important to also address the emotional aspect of the problem.
Can I participate if I have osteoarthritis or arthritis?
Yes. When the body remains tense for long periods of time, it sometimes functions in a state of constant imbalance.
Body release helps promote greater physical relaxation.
But when certain emotional tensions have persisted for a long time, it often becomes important to address this deeper dimension as well.
Can you participate if you have tendinitis or bursitis?
Yes. When certain pains persist despite various approaches, it is sometimes important to take a more holistic look at what affects the body.
Body release has a direct effect on physical tension.
But addressing certain associated emotions as well often allows us to work at a deeper level and prevent certain tensions from recurring constantly.
Can I participate if I have a herniated disc or chronic back pain?
Yes. Some severe pain may persist when the body remains tense for a long time.
Energy work helps promote better circulation in certain areas of the body.
But when certain internal tensions that contribute to maintaining this state remain present, it often becomes important to take action at that level as well.
Why does my whole body hurt?
When someone says, “my whole body hurts” there can be several reasons for it. For some people, the body accumulates stress, muscle tension, fatigue, and unresolved emotions. Body release sessions helps release this burden and allows us to better listen to what the body is telling us.
Can stress cause physical pain?
Stress is often simply the result of certain fears, worries, or inner tensions that keep the body in a state of alert.
When these feelings persist for a long time, the body can remain tense, stiff, and overworked, which may manifest physically as tight muscles, restricted breathing, a stiff neck, tense shoulders, a sore back, or a feeling of heaviness in the body.
Can this session help with chronic pain?
Some people come to our sessions with pain related to a pre-existing condition. For example:
Anxiety, Physical Pain, Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Bursitis, Joint pain, Neck pain, Unexplained pain, Stress-related pain, Lower back pain, Muscle pain, Neuropathic pain, Pelvic pain, Endometriosis, Chronic fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Herniated disc, Crohn’s disease, Lyme disease, Pain throughout the body, Migraines, Neuralgia, Rheumatoid arthritis, Sciatica, Multiple sclerosis, Irritable bowel syndrome, Tendinitis.
At Arushiom, our approach complements conventional medicine.
We support people who are living with pain, tension, fatigue, or a body that always seems to be on high alert.
Our approach focuses on energy.
Just as in acupuncture, where stimulating specific points can sometimes help the body relax, our work aims to promote better energy flow and a deeper relaxation of the physical body.
WE WORK ON TWO LEVELS:
- the relaxation of the physical body
- the release of emotions at the subconscious level
Because the body and emotions often go hand in hand.
When these two approaches are pursued in parallel, many people report a significant reduction in their pain, tension, or emotional burden.
For some people, the pain decreases significantly.
For others, it disappears completely for a while.
And finally, for some people, the body needs more time before it relaxes.
Everyone progresses at their own pace.
We do not base our work on a medical diagnosis. We support the person, their body, their emotions, and what they are actually experiencing.
Can emotions influence physical pain?
Yes, emotions often affect the body. A suppressed emotion can turn into tension, a blockage, stiffness, or physical fatigue. This is what many people sometimes call somatization—that is, an emotion or stress that manifests itself in the body.
Is this session similar to a physical relaxation exercise?
Yes, but it goes beyond simple physical relaxation. The session combines guided body meditation with group energy work to promote deeper relaxation.
How can I relieve pain naturally?
Many people are looking for ways to relieve pain naturally, relax the body, or release tension. Our approach offers a complementary path: working on physical relaxation, energy flow, and emotions at the subconscious level. The goal is not only to alleviate pain but also to understand what triggers it.
What is the connection between emotions and physical pain?
A strong emotion doesn’t just stay in your head.
Over time, certain emotions can cause muscles to tense up, maintain physical tension, tire the body, or create various persistent discomforts.
What we don’t release internally often ends up manifesting itself in the body.
Why does my body remain tense even when I'm resting?
Physical rest isn’t always enough.
Even when we consciously try to relax, certain fears, memories, or unresolved emotions may remain active at the subconscious level.
Since many of our automatic reactions remain at this level, the body may unconsciously continue to remain tense, even when the danger is no longer actually present.
Why do certain areas of tension always return to the same spot in the body?
The body often retains certain repetitive patterns.
When an emotion or inner state recurs regularly, the body can recreate exactly the same physical tensions in the same place.
Even if the pain subsides temporarily, it may return as long as the source of the body’s tension has not been released.
Why do some pains persist even after trying several different approaches?
Because it’s not always just a physical problem.
If we address only the visible symptom without addressing what is causing internal tension in the body, the problem may keep recurring.
This is often why certain types of pain persist even after various treatments have already been tried.
What role does the subconscious play in certain persistent physical pains?
Many of our daily automatic reactions take place at the subconscious level.
Certain unresolved fears, memories, or emotions can unconsciously keep the body in a constant state of tension.
That is why many people consciously work on themselves without being able to change certain deep-rooted patterns.
Why do certain fears or emotions have such a strong effect on the body?
When an emotion remains active inside us for a long time, the body may continue to react as if there were still a danger.
Even when there is no real danger, certain automatic reactions may unconsciously continue to keep us on alert.
As a result, the body ends up holding onto certain tensions almost constantly.
Why do some people live with a body that is constantly tense?
Sometimes, certain internal tensions become so pronounced that the body eventually comes to regard this state as normal.
As a result, the body remains constantly tense, stiff, or tired, without the person really understanding why.
In many cases, certain unconscious memories continue to keep this inner state active.
Why do we work on the physical body and emotions at the same time?
Because the body and our inner state are deeply connected.
It often happens that physical tension subsides quickly, but then returns if the factor causing the tension remains present.
Body release session works on the physical body.
Emotional release session addresses what sometimes keeps the problem trapped inside.
The two approaches naturally complement each other.
Why do some pains keep coming back even after temporary improvements?
Because focusing solely on the physical aspect often alleviates the visible symptoms.
But if the emotion, memory, or associated inner tension remains active, the body can gradually recreate the same discomfort.
That is why some people live for years with pain that keeps coming back.
Why is it that the more chronic a problem is, the more important it becomes to address emotions?
A serious physical problem doesn’t always develop overnight.
When certain internal tensions persist for several years, the body can eventually begin to gradually accumulate various imbalances.
The longer a problem persists, the more important it often becomes to also address what has built up internally over time.
Does this approach replace medical treatment?
No. Our approach is a complementary one aimed at promoting overall well-being, greater physical relaxation, and a deeper exploration of the factors that influence the body from within.
It is never a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
