GRIEF CAN TAKE MANY FORMS
When we think of grief, we often think of the death of a loved one
But some people also experience deep emotional grief through:
The death of a loved one
A separation or a divorce
A Difficult Breakup
The fear of losing someone you love
Supporting a seriously ill loved one
The fear of death or of dying
The loss of a business or company
A major bankruptcy
Having to sell a house full of memories
Losing an important project
Having to accept someone's permanent absence
Cutting ties with someone who is still alive
Some losses leave deep emotional scars in the subconscious that continue to influence our daily lives. Letting go of them helps us find greater peace.
Take a look at these two examples, which show that it is our subconscious that controls up to 95% of our lives.
THE ARUSHIOM APPROACH
Take action at the source, where everything is recorded
At Arushiom, we believe that certain emotions experienced during a significant loss can remain stored in the subconscious.
Our sessions are designed to work directly at this level to help neutralize certain emotional reactions that have become automatic.
Through guided inner work, the goal is to gradually foster acceptance and forgiveness at the subconscious level so that certain reactions will gradually cease to dominate daily life.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions,
our honest answers.
Why are some people unable to come to terms with their loss, even as time goes by?
Some people spend years trying to grieve without really being able to move forward. When someone is experiencing a difficult or complicated grieving process—or feels that it is nearly impossible to grieve—the pain can remain very present despite the passage of time. Many people then seek grief counseling or genuine support to help ease what they’re feeling inside.
At Arushiom, we believe that when someone says, “I can’t seem to come to terms with my grief,” it often means that a deep emotional burden remains active. As long as this emotion remains present at the subconscious level, it continues to fuel the suffering. It is therefore important to address this emotion at its source in order to gradually facilitate a process of acceptance and inner forgiveness.
Why can it sometimes be extremely difficult to come to terms with a loss or the death of a loved one?
Learning to come to terms with a loss or accepting a death can sometimes be one of life’s most difficult emotional challenges. After a loved one passes away, many people experience deep grief, intense suffering, or a sense of emptiness that lingers for a long time.
Very often, the difficulty stems not only from the event itself, but from the emotional attachment that remains deeply active within us. As long as this emotion remains present in the subconscious, the suffering can continue to be triggered over and over again. The work, then, consists of gradually guiding this emotion to facilitate a deeper process of inner acceptance.
Why do some people develop an intense fear of dying or anxiety about death?
Some people experience a strong fear of dying, a deep fear of death, or, over time, develop a genuine anxiety about death. This fear can sometimes become all-consuming and have a significant impact on daily life, even when there is no real danger.
At Arushiom, we believe that behind this fear often lies a deeply rooted emotion that was unconsciously created through certain past experiences, traumas, or unresolved emotional memories. As long as this emotion remains active at the subconscious level, it can continue to fuel this inner fear. That is why it is important to address this emotion at its source.
Why can the fear of losing a loved one or a loved one’s illness cause so much inner suffering?
Some people experience an intense fear of losing a loved one, a constant fear that a loved one will die, or must learn to live with a sick loved one while trying to come to terms with their illness. This situation can create an immense emotional burden that is difficult to manage on a day-to-day basis.
Very often, this suffering is fueled by the deep emotional attachment we have to the people we love. As long as certain emotions remain active at the subconscious level, they can continue to fuel this constant anxiety. The work, then, involves processing this emotional burden in order to gradually regain a greater sense of inner peace.
Why is coming to terms with death sometimes one of the most difficult emotional lessons to learn?
Learning to accept death often touches on one of the deepest attachments in human beings. Whether it is the fear of one’s own death or the acceptance of the passing of a loved one, this reality can cause great inner suffering that is difficult to ease.
At Arushiom, we believe that certain emotions deeply rooted in fear, attachment, or a sense of loss can remain active in the subconscious for a long time. As long as this emotional burden persists, the mind often continues to resist internally. The work, then, involves gradually guiding this emotion to foster greater inner acceptance.
Why can a breakup or separation feel like a real grieving process?
Heartbreak, a difficult breakup, or a painful separation can sometimes cause immense suffering after a breakup or deep pain after a separation. Many people have a very hard time coming to terms with a breakup and feel emotionally unable to move on.
At Arushiom, we believe that a breakup often triggers deep-seated emotions related to attachment, rejection, abandonment, or certain older wounds. As long as this emotion remains active in the subconscious, it can continue to fuel emotional suffering. That is why it is important to address this emotion directly at its source.
Why can't some people move on after a breakup?
After some breakups, many people find it extremely difficult to move on and sometimes feel unable to sever their emotional ties with the other person, even long after the relationship has ended.
Very often, this connection does not remain solely in conscious thought. There is often a deep emotional attachment that continues to unconsciously fuel the inner bond. As long as this emotion remains active in the subconscious, the person may continue to relive this relationship internally. The work, then, consists of gradually facilitating a process of emotional release.
Why can losing a home, a project, or a business trigger a genuine grieving process?
Some people experience profound suffering after losing their home, must go through the ordeal of selling the family home, grieve the loss of their home, must come to terms with losing their business, go through a difficult bankruptcy, or grieve the loss of an important project. Some people must also learn to live with a significant financial loss that profoundly disrupts their sense of stability.
At Arushiom, we believe that beyond the lost object itself, it is often the deep emotional attachment to what that situation represented that causes suffering. As long as this emotional burden remains active in the subconscious, the feeling of loss often continues to be triggered internally.
Why can certain material losses be as painful as the loss of a loved one?
Learning to accept the loss of something important isn’t always about a person. A home, a business, a project, or a dream can represent a significant part of our inner identity. When they are gone, some people experience a very deep pain that is hard to explain.
This pain often stems from the emotional attachment that was unconsciously formed to what that situation represented on an inner level. As long as that emotion remains in the subconscious, the suffering can persist despite the passage of time. The work, then, consists of gradually releasing that emotional burden.
Why can the absence or loss of an emotional bond cause so much suffering?
Some people find themselves in a situation where someone has cut off contact, have to learn to stop seeing someone they love, are coping with the absence of a loved one, or are experiencing a profound emotional loss that is difficult to accept. Even without a death, this loss can sometimes be extremely painful.
At Arushiom, we believe that deep emotional attachment can persist for a long time at the subconscious level. As long as this emotion remains active, the feeling of loss often continues to fuel inner suffering. It is therefore important to address this emotion at its source.
Why do some people struggle for a long time after being abandoned or left behind?
Some people may suffer deeply from a loss, experience a profound sense of abandonment in a relationship, find it very difficult to forget someone, or maintain a strong emotional attachment to a person who is no longer in their life.
Very often, these situations unconsciously reawaken certain long-standing emotions. As long as this emotional charge remains active at the subconscious level, the feeling of abandonment often continues to fuel the current suffering. The work, then, involves exploring this emotion more deeply.
Why do certain losses cause such an inner emptiness or such intense emotional pain?
After going through certain difficult experiences, many people feel a deep inner emptiness, suffer a significant emotional shock, experience intense emotional pain, feel profound sadness, or sometimes even face genuine emotional distress that is difficult to alleviate. Some people also feel an inner panic that seems impossible to control.
At Arushiom, we believe that when certain emotions become too intense, they can continue to be automatically triggered by the subconscious. As long as this emotional charge remains active, the body and mind often continue to reenact this inner suffering. It therefore becomes essential to address this emotion directly at its source.
Why do some people experience a sense of abandonment that lingers for years?
The feeling of abandonment can sometimes linger long after an event has ended. Some people find it extremely difficult to let go, experience overwhelming emotions, or suffer from persistent emotional pain that seems to keep returning despite the passage of time.
Very often, this feeling of abandonment isn’t just linked to the current event. Certain past experiences may have unconsciously created an older emotional wound that continues to fuel the suffering even today. As long as this emotion remains active in the subconscious, the same emotional pattern often continues to repeat itself. The work, then, involves gradually facilitating a process of acceptance, forgiveness, and inner release.
