Most common asked questions

Are you affiliated with a religion?

No. Arushiom is not affiliated with any religion, spiritual movement, or dogma. We welcome everyone, regardless of their beliefs, background, or culture. Our sole mission: to help each person free themselves from emotional burdens and reconnect with inner peace.

  Are you a business?

No, we are a non-profit foundation. This means that 100% of the income goes toward providing our services, supporting travel costs, organizing sessions in various countries, and covering the foundation’s operational expenses.

Master Richard dedicates his life to this mission, offering his time and energy so that everyone can access these emotional release sessions free of charge.

When do you travel to a country?

We cover our own travel costs, but certain conditions must be met for this to happen.

🔎 First, it’s best to contact us to check:

• If we already have a trip planned in your country

• Or if we’re already active there

📍 If we’re not yet in your country:

A trip may be considered if a person, organization, or group committed to supporting their community is willing to organize at least one event (session, workshop, or retreat) gathering a minimum of 300 people during our stay.

✅ When these conditions are met, we cover our own travel expenses.

Do you replace medical or psychological services?

Absolutely not! We are not doctors. We offer a complementary approach that works at the emotional subconscious level, without diagnosing or providing medical treatment. In fact, we collaborate with healthcare professionals in several countries.

Does Master Richard offer individual sessions?

No. All sessions led by Master Richard are held in groups, either in person or via Zoom. This format helps more people worldwide, within a supportive, confidential, and respectful group setting.

It is not a “coach-client” relationship, but a collective guided emotional release experience

What do you mean by “confidential emotional release session”?

Arushiom’s emotional release sessions are entirely confidential:

  • You don’t have to share your personal story with the group. Not even Master Richard will know which emotions you choose to release.
  •  No labels, no judgment, no obligations.

Each participant experiences it internally. You are invited to observe, feel, and release at your own pace. It’s a sacred space of respect and non-judgment.

Do I have to talk about my past or relive my trauma?

Yes… and no.

No, you don’t have to tell your story to anyone.

Yes, you will briefly have to reconnect with past feelings to allow the emotion to come back and be released at the subconscious level.

It’s a simple, internal guided process.

Can I attend an emotional release session even if I haven’t experienced major trauma?

Absolutely! You don’t need to have experienced a “major trauma” to benefit from an emotional release session. We all carry negative emotions, harmful behaviors, or limiting thoughts and beliefs.

Emotional Release Sessions are open to anyone wishing to grow spiritually, release blocked emotions or become a better version of themselves.

Can I invite someone to a session even if they are skeptical?

Absolutely! We welcome skeptics people with love. No belief system is required to participate.

However, a sincere desire to change and the willingness to let go of blocked or repressed emotions during the session are essential to get the best outcome.

Just be present, breathe, and listen. The experience speaks for itself.

Do you offer retreats or in-person events?

Yes! We organize immersive retreats and in-person emotional release events in several countries — but only when we’re physically present and a group or a local person collaborates with us.

These retreats help address much deeper emotions, intense life situations or significant traumas, within a kind and supportive environment. It’s a unique opportunity to experience deep, lasting transformation.

We’re always looking for committed, compassionate individuals to co-organize events with us in their city or country. If you feel called upon, reach out and let’s make a difference together.

What should I expect after a session? Will all my negative emotions be gone?

Each session helps remove one or more emotional layers. Some people feel immediate relief, especially those with intense post-traumatic responses. Others notice over time that they react less to situations worked on during the session.

It’s not magic, but it’s deeply transformative.

Healing happens step by step. Each session works on multiple emotions and promotes release. Repetition is key to lasting inner peace.

Can I work on any emotion during a emotional release session? Even serious events like an assault or abuse?

Online Emotional Release Sessions are not suited to address severe traumas such as events like assault or abuse. If it’s your case, it’s essential to be supported by a mental health professional or attend an in-person retreat, where you’ll be safely and compassionately guided. Check our event section to know if and when a retreat is happening near you and don’t hesitate to consult an health professional.
