If you recognize these signs
Emotional fatigue that persists,
despite your best efforts.
It’s not in your head. It’s often in your subconscious
01
You feel empty, for no apparent reason
You’re moving forward, you’re managing, you’re holding on, but inside, something is slowly fading away.
02
Your body cries out what your words don't say
Heaviness, tension, heavy legs, unrefreshing sleep, and yet your tests are normal.
03
You give everything... and there's nothing left for you.
Family, work, couple, entourage, you’re always there for others. You may have forgotten yourself along the way.
04
Joy disappeared, irritability took its place
What used to make you feel good no longer does. You get carried away by nothing, and you no longer know why…
THE ARUSHIOM APPROACH
The emotional roots
of fatigue
Emotional fatigue is not a lack of willpower. It’s often a sign that accumulated emotions, unexpressed or unreleased, continue to weigh on the subconscious – and drain your natural energy.
At the Arushiom Foundation, we offer a distinctive subconscious-focused approach to releasing what may be contributing to your inner fatigue.
Emotional wounds
Recorded in the subconscious, often still active unconsciously.
Mental overload
Repetitive thinking, excessive reflection and constant tension.
Hypervigilance
An internal state of alert that never really lets up.
Pressure to "hold on"
Willingness to carry on despite unrecognized inner exhaustion.
✦ The subconscious mind records all the events of your life. Until certain negative emotional memories are released and accepted on a subconscious level, they can continue to fuel deep inner exhaustion. ✦

Emotional release session
To address emotional fatigue at its source.
Led by Master Richard, this group session works on the subconscious level, where certain emotional burdens can contribute to inner exhaustion, a sense of emptiness, and a persistent lack of energy.
It aims to promote a gradual release of inner burdens, so that you can gradually regain a sense of lightness, natural energy, and emotional stability in your daily life.
Available as group sessions on Zoom or as In-person workshops. Includes a follow-up and preparation meeting, at no extra cost.
Body release session
For the emotional fatigue that has lodged itself in the body.
Master Richard leads a group energy session, accompanied by a guided meditation, to help release certain tensions, feelings of heaviness, or physical discomfort that often accompany emotional exhaustion…such as heavy legs, muscle tension, and difficulty recovering despite rest.
This approach complements emotional release work. It promotes overall relaxation of the body, helping you gradually regain more physical energy and a sense of lightness.
Available as group sessions on Zoom or as In-person workshops.
*Sessions are currently only available in French.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions,
our honest answers.
Is emotional fatigue different from physical fatigue?
Yes, although the two are often linked. Physical fatigue usually disappears after rest. Emotional fatigue, on the other hand, persists even after a good night’s sleep – because its source lies elsewhere: in accumulated emotions, unrelieved inner tensions or lasting mental overload. This is why you can feel exhausted for no apparent reason, with perfectly normal medical tests.
How do I know if my fatigue has an emotional cause?
Some common signs: you wake up already tired, your energy doesn’t rise despite rest, you feel an inner emptiness, unusual irritability or a loss of joy for what you used to enjoy. If these sensations persist without medical explanation, it’s possible that an emotional component is contributing to your exhaustion. We recommend that you consult a healthcare professional first – our approach is complementary, not substitutive.
Which session should you choose - emotional release or body release?
The two approaches are complementary and can be used together or separately. The emotional release session works on memories and emotions stored in the subconscious – ideal if you’re feeling particularly heavy inside. The body release session addresses physical tensions. If you’re not sure, the emotional release session is often the natural starting point for emotional fatigue.
Do Arushiom sessions replace medical care?
No. Our approach is complementary and does not replace medical advice or treatment. It supports people in their inner work at the subconscious level, where certain emotional reactions can take root.
How many sessions does it take to feel the difference?
Should I talk about what I experienced during the session?
