If you recognize these signs
Persistent anxiety,
despite your best efforts to calm it.
It’s not all in your head. It’s often in your subconscious.
Persistent anxiety
It creeps into your daily routine for no apparent reason, wearing you down even when everything seems to be going well.
Panic attacks
Sudden and unsettling; chest tightness, a lump in the throat, a feeling of losing control.
Generalized anxiety
A diffuse, constant worry that sometimes prevents you from enjoying life to the full.
Social anxiety
The gaze of others becomes a burden. Difficult interactions, feelings of isolation, constant hypervigilance.
THE ARUSHIOM APPROACH
The emotional roots
of anguish and anxiety
Anxiety is neither a lack of willpower nor a weakness. It is often a sign that accumulated emotions, old fears, or unresolved memories continue to influence the subconscious and fuel a constant state of inner alertness.
At the Arushiom Foundation, we offer a distinctive approach focused on the subconscious mind, to gradually release what may be contributing to your anguish and anxiety.
Subconscious fears
Anxiety “for no apparent reason” often stems from emotional memories stored in the subconscious, sometimes since childhood.
Permanent negative anticipation
The mind continually projects dreaded scenarios. This worry loop is triggered even before a situation arises.
Deep inner insecurity
A lack of inner security, often nourished by unreleased wounds of abandonment, rejection or attachment.
Emotional hypervigilance
A state of internal alertness that never truly subsides; the body and emotions remain constantly “on guard.”
✦ The subconscious mind records all the events in your life. As long as certain fears and emotional memories have not been released on a subconscious level, they can continue to fuel anxiety on a daily basis. ✦

Frequently asked questions
Your questions
our honest answers.
Are anxiety and anguish the same thing?
These two words are often used interchangeably, but they generally describe different shades of the same inner state.
Anxiety often refers to a diffuse mental state of worry, anticipation or apprehension, while anguish may be accompanied by more intense physical manifestations, such as chest tightness, a tight throat or a feeling of inner emptiness.
In both cases, these states can be experienced on a daily basis and have a significant impact on emotional well-being.
The Arushiom Foundation’s approach offers complementary work focused on the subconscious and emotional release. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Why do I feel anxious for no apparent reason?
From the moment we are born, we experience a multitude of emotions, stresses, fears and experiences that can be stored in the subconscious. Some of these come from our life experience, from our environment, from what we’ve seen, heard or felt over time.
It’s a bit like a glass of water that fills up drop by drop. For a long time, everything seems to be under control… until just one more drop breaks the camel’s back.
The Arushiom Foundation’s approach offers complementary work focused on the subconscious and emotional release. Session after session, certain inner burdens are gradually released, as if a few drops were being gently removed from the glass to stop it overflowing.
Over time, this leads to greater calm, inner stability and a more lasting sense of peace, by working at the source rather than just trying to manage the anxiety.
Should I talk about my fears during the session?
No, and that’s one of the special features of the Arushiom approach. There’s no need to share your anxieties, memories or fearful situations. You are simply guided through a gentle, deep inner process, at your own pace. The work is done in silence, on a subconscious level, in complete confidentiality. No one knows what you’re working on inside.
Can I take part even if I suffer from severe anxiety?
Our sessions are open to anyone whose emotional state allows them to remain present and autonomous during the encounter. They are designed to provide additional support for mild to moderate discomfort, in a non-medical, non-therapeutic setting. For those experiencing more severe symptoms or frequent panic attacks, we recommend continuing your medical or psychological follow-up and considering our retreats, which offer a more in-depth approach.
Do Arushiom sessions replace medical care? Is it religiously affiliated?
No. Our approach is complementary and does not replace medical advice or treatment. It supports people in their inner work at the subconscious level, where certain emotional reactions can take root.
Furthermore, our sessions have no religious or dogmatic affiliations. We welcome everyone with respect, whatever their beliefs, background or culture.
