A bit like acupuncture: when energy flows more freely, the body naturally relaxes and pain can subside.
WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE DURING A BODY RELEASE SESSION:
- A guided moment lasting around an hour, comparable to a meditation, to allow the body to calm down and relax.
- You’re invited to focus your attention on areas of tension or discomfort, without having to tell or explain anything.
- Let yourself be guided by Master Richard’s voice, music and simple visualization and body awareness exercises.
- The process is carried out gently, at your own pace, in a respectful and reassuring environment.
No obligation to speak during the session.
A significant release of the body and a feeling of physical well-being are often felt following the session.
Whether you choose Option 1 or the annual subscription, the approach and quality of support remain the same.
NOTE: These sessions are designed to promote well-being and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You will receive a self-assessment form before the session to help you become aware of your body’s aches and pains. Complete it before and after the session to measure any changes.
From the location of your choice, experience a wellness group meditation that works on your whole body to allow energy to flow more freely. Everything is confidential and takes place in a caring, respectful space.
