No, we are a non-profit foundation. This means that all income is reinvested to offer our services, support travel, organize sessions in different countries, and cover the foundation’s operating costs.
Master Richard is dedicating his life to this mission, offering his time and energy to make emotional release sessions accessible to as many people as possible.
This is a question we occasionally hear, and it deserves an honest and profound answer.
First, it is important to say that we are all considered equal before the Divine. We are all beings who carry an inner light. However, as in the materialistic world, there are different stages of maturity. There are children, teenagers, adults, parents, grandparents… and everyone progresses at their own pace.
In the inner and spiritual world, it is the same: some are barely awake, others are beginning their journey, and some have acquired, through experience and awareness, a certain mastery of their inner life, their emotions, and their reactions. A master is therefore not someone who believes themselves to be superior, but someone who has gone through many stages of inner transformation and who places themselves at the service of the Divine and at the service of others.
The title “Master” here is not a matter of ego, but rather an inner recognition. For a long time, even Master Richard resisted this title. But during his meditations, he received this guidance: the title “Master,” placed before his first name and removing his last name, would enhance his personal vibration and reflect the state of mind he embodies today. It is a commitment to walk in faith, to guide with love, and to remain, as much as possible, in control of his emotional reactions.
We are not masters of life, as God has the final say. But we can learn to become masters of our reactions, our wounds, and our inner gaze.
And if some people ask, “Why aren’t we all called masters, if we are all equal?” here is another essential answer.
If everyone were in control of themselves, there would be no more war or conflict on this planet.
But until everyone masters their reactions, the outside world will remain a reflection of inner chaos.
It is human to be disappointed or to disagree. When a situation triggers anger, frustration, or a strong reaction in you, it is a sign that there is still a wound to heal. Reacting is never insignificant. It is simply an indicator that there is still inner work to be done.
The Arushiom Foundation exists precisely to contribute to the elevation of human consciousness.
His mission is to help those who wish to raise their vibration, lighten their emotional load, and gain greater control over their emotional reactions.
By regaining this inner peace, each person becomes capable of living more in love, clarity, and awareness, and thus we can work together toward a more harmonious world.
Because by working on ourselves, we contribute to gradually transforming humanity.
Emotional release sessions, whether online or in person, are not intended to address serious trauma, such as assault or abuse. In such cases, it is essential to seek professional assistance from a healthcare professional. The in-person retreats offered by the Arushiom Foundation can also be considered as a complementary option, in a caring and safe environment.

No, absolutely not. We are not doctors. We offer a complementary approach focused on emotional work at the subconscious level, without making diagnoses or offering medical treatment. We do also collaborate with some healthcare professionals in certain countries.
No. All sessions led by Master Richard are group sessions only, whether in person or online. This format allows us to help a greater number of people around the world, in a caring, confidential, and respectful group dynamic.
It is not a “coach-client” type of relationship, but rather an experience of inner liberation experienced collectively and guided by consciousness.
Arushiom’s emotional release sessions are entirely confidential:
- You do not need to share your personal story with anyone in the group. Even Master Richard is not aware of the emotions you choose to release.
- No labels, no judgment, no obligations.
- Each participant lives the experience within themselves. You are invited to observe, feel, and release at your own pace.
It is a sacred space of respect and non-judgment.
Yes… and no.
No, you don’t need to tell your story to anyone.
Yes, you will be invited to briefly reconnect with what you felt in the past, in order to allow the associated emotion to rise to the surface and be released at the subconscious level.
It is an introspective process, simple, guided, and respectful of your pace.
Important note: for less significant events, sometimes referred to as “minor traumas,” our sessions can offer appropriate support. However, for major traumas or significant experiences, it is preferable to address them during our retreats, which offer a more structured and secure environment. In all cases, it is recommended that you continue to receive appropriate support from healthcare professionals.
Absolutely! You don’t need to have experienced a “major trauma” to benefit from an emotional release session. We all carry negative emotions, harmful behaviors, or limiting thoughts and beliefs. Very often, these aspects manifest themselves through repetitive patterns that recur constantly in our lives.
Emotional release sessions are open to anyone who wants to evolve from within, release certain suppressed emotions, or move toward a more peaceful and self-aware version of themselves.
Absolutely. Skeptics are welcome. No specific beliefs are required to participate.
However, a certain openness to the experience and to releasing emotions is essential during the session in order to get the most out of it.
All you need to do is be present, breathe, and listen. It is often by living the experience that we understand its benefits.
✅ Yes! We organize immersive retreats and emotional release events in person in several countries, but only when we are on site and a local group or individual is collaborating with us.
These retreats allow you to delve into deeper emotions, intense life situations, or significant trauma in a caring and supportive environment. It is a unique opportunity to start experiencing a profound and lasting transformation.
We are always looking for committed and compassionate people to co-organize events in their city or country.
If you feel the call, contact us and let’s make a difference together.

Each session helps you release one or more emotional layers. Some people feel an immediate change, especially those whose post-traumatic reaction was more intense. Others will notice, over time, that they react less to situations similar to those worked on internally during the session.
It’s not magic, but it is often deeply transformative.
It’s a gradual process. Each session offers the opportunity to work on several emotions and release them. Regular practice is often the key to lasting inner peace.
This is a question many people ask themselves. Here are the first steps to start your journey toward emotional liberation:
1. 🔗 Sign up for our newsletter:
➡️ To receive the dates of our upcoming sessions (online or in person), retreats, videos, and tools: https://arushiom.org/registration/
2. 🧘♀️ Participate in an emotional release session:
➡️ Available to everyone and often perceived as transformative. You don’t have to share anything. All the work is done within you, at your own pace.
3. 🎥 Watch our video on the subconscious:
➡️ It will help you better understand why certain repressed emotions can still influence your reactions, behaviors, or fears today.

4. ✍️ Observe what makes you react:
➡️ Note the situations that trigger anger, fear, sadness, or discomfort. These insights are valuable: they indicate what you might choose to work on during our sessions.
You don’t need to be “ready” or “healed” to begin. All you need is the willingness to move forward. Every step counts.
