If you recognize these signs
It’s not a lack of willpower. It’s often deep-seated wounds from the past that your mind still carries without you even realizing it. To protect itself, it unconsciously tries to control everything. And that’s exhausting.
Thoughts go round and round in your head. You analyze, you anticipate, you dwell on things. And even when you want to rest, your mind just won't stop.
Trouble concentrating, memory lapses, struggling to find the right words. It's as if my mind were constantly foggy.
You wake up already feeling drained, as if the night hadn't helped you recover at all—and yet, your test results are normal.
You get upset over the slightest thing, your motivation is fading, and the things that used to make you happy don't really move you anymore.
What if we tackled the root cause of mental fatigue rather than just its symptoms? Put out the fire, not just clear away the smoke.
THE ARUSHIOM APPROACH
Mental fatigue is not a weakness. It’s often a sign that something inside you is waiting to be released: accumulated thoughts, old emotional baggage, or unresolved memories that continue to affect you on a subconscious level—and maintain an overload that drains your energy.
At the Arushiom Foundation, we offer a unique approach focused on the subconscious, designed to gradually release whatever may be fueling this inner fatigue.
FOUR COMMON ROOTS

Repetitive thoughts, overthinking, constant mental activity: the mind never really “shuts off.”
Stored in the subconscious—sometimes from long ago—they can remain active without our knowing it.
A state of internal alertness that never completely subsides and is exhausting over time.
We ignore the warning signs and keep going until our bodies have no choice but to stop.
The subconscious mind records every event in your life. As long as certain emotional memories remain trapped at this level, they can continue to contribute to mental overload and inner fatigue.
A FEW SIMPLE GUIDELINES
Simple, mindful practices to incorporate into your daily routine, as a complement to our emotional release sessions.
In the evening, write down whatever’s going round and round in your head. Getting those thoughts out of your head often helps relieve stress before bed.
Screen-free breaks, even short ones, give the brain the rest it needs. Deliberately disconnecting reduces cognitive load.
A few minutes of slow breathing or mindful walking bring your attention back to the present moment and calm your inner restlessness.
Our approach, on the other hand, works at a deeper level: at the subconscious level, where the true source of fatigue often lies.

Frequently asked questions
Physical fatigue usually goes away after rest. Mental fatigue, on the other hand, can persist even after a good night’s sleep, because it often stems from other sources: an overload of thoughts, inner tensions, or pent-up emotions. That’s why you might feel exhausted even though your test results are normal.
When the mind never stops, sleep becomes less restorative. Many people wake up already feeling tired, with a foggy mind and thoughts that start racing again right away.
This is often a sign that unresolved emotional memories continue to play out in the background, unconsciously. The body goes to sleep, but something inside it never truly rests.
Our approach is complementary and does not replace medical advice or treatment. It supports people in their inner work at the subconscious level, where certain emotional reactions often take root.
No, and that’s what makes this approach unique. You don’t have to share your story or your memories. You’re guided through a gentle inner process, at your own pace. No one knows what you’re working on—this space belongs entirely to you.
The experience varies from person to person. We’ve all gone through many emotions over the years, so it’s natural for the process to unfold gradually. During each session, one or more emotional layers may be released, much like gently peeling an onion.
Online group sessions are offered every month, allowing you to progress at your own pace, step by step. Over time, this regular practice can help you find greater peace in your relationships, a broader perspective, and a more stable inner harmony. a more stable inner harmony.
For mental fatigue, an emotional release session is often the natural starting point, since it works directly on the memories and emotions stored in the subconscious.
Unresolved emotions often affect the physical body and manifest as various forms of tension, discomfort, or physical reactions.
That is why emotional work often helps release certain tensions that have built up in the body. The body release session is a complementary practice, especially if you are also experiencing physical tension related to your emotional burden.
Master Richard accompanies people on a journey of global well-being through group sessions offered online or in-person. In front of the TV
Why do we sometimes feel tense, stressed, or uncomfortable when watching a suspense movie, an intense scene, or seeing snakes or spiders…
Fear of Heights
It’s the same with a fear of heights. Why might a person panic even though they can see there’s a window or a railing, or even though they know they’re safe…
Even though, rationally speaking, we know full well that there is absolutely no real danger, whether we’re watching television or dealing with a fear of heights.
WHY?
That’s how we’ve already managed to help people overcome their fear of heights in just a few minutes.
By resetting the fear stored in the subconscious…
… and releasing the energy that sustains this reaction
… the person was never again afraid of heights.
And it’s exactly the same principle with all the emotions, fears, or reactions we’ve accumulated since childhood.
