WHY IT'S HARD TO MEDITATE
Are you trying to meditate,
but your mind just won't stop?
Your mind is racing in all directions because something keeps stirring inside you.
Too Many Thoughts
Bills, work, the kids, what we have to do tomorrow….
Too many emotions
Feelings of sadness, anger, fear, or frustration welling up inside.
Too much noise
All around us… and especially within ourselves.
Too many worries
Responsibilities, obligations, and the relentless pressure of everyday life.
Physical pain
Tension in the body, discomfort that makes it difficult to maintain good posture.
Alone with Oneself
When we close our eyes, we find ourselves face to face with what we often avoid.
THE REAL NOISE
We can't always control the noise around us.
But we can work on the noise inside us.
NOISE AROUND YOU
- The Neighbors
- Construction
- Children
- Notifications
- People Who Speak
- The Environment
→ Difficult to control.
NOISE WITHIN ONESELF
- Fears
- Frustrations
- Unresolved Emotions
- Pain and Tension
- Concerns and Memories
- Things We Thought Were Settled
WHAT REMAINS RECORDED
Some emotions linger, as if in an inner presto.
We think it’s all settled. But it’s still simmering inside.
"I've forgiven him/her."
But the subconscious still bears the wound.
"It's okay."
But the body and mind refused to give up.
"I don't want to think about it anymore."
Repression is not the same as letting go.
"It's over."
But something often keeps stirring inside.
The subconscious sometimes holds onto things that haven't truly been let go of. And when you close your eyes, you find yourself alone with them. That's why it's hard to meditate.

MEDITATION DEVELOPS THROUGH PRACTICE
Just like riding a bike, meditation takes a little practice.
It’s not always easy at first, but over time, it becomes more and more natural.

The more stress, tension, and pent-up emotions are released, the easier it becomes to regain calm and deepen your meditation.
ACCORDING TO ANCIENT PHILOSOPHY
15 minutes of meditation is equivalent to
two hours of sleep.
WHY MEDITATE?
Science explains it; you experience it.
THE SCIENTIFIC TRIGGER—ACCORDING TO HARVARD
Meditation transforms your brain:
- Less stress - Reduction in the size of the amygdala (the center of anxiety).
- Greater focus —Enhanced attention and memory.
- A Balanced Body - Immediate Calming of the Nervous System.
THE REAL-WORLD IMPACT—IN YOUR DAILY LIFE
Which automatically translates to:
- Greater ease at work and a sharper mind.
- Total presence in everyday life and unbridled creativity.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions,
our honest answers.
Do you need to know how to meditate to participate?
No. This approach is accessible to everyone, even if you’ve never meditated before or if you find it difficult. You’ll be guided through each step at your own pace. In fact, it will actually help you meditate better.
Should I talk about my feelings during the session?
No, and that’s one of the unique aspects of the Arushiom approach. You don’t need to talk about your frustrations, fears, or the emotions you’re carrying. You’re simply guided through a gentle and profound inner process, at your own pace. No one knows what you’re working on internally; your inner space belongs entirely to you.
How do these sessions help you meditate better?
When unresolved emotions remain stored in the subconscious, they can fuel mental restlessness, intrusive thoughts, and physical tension, all of which make meditation more difficult.
Throughout life, the subconscious mind records a vast amount of information, experiences, emotions, and perceptions.
Some stem from our own experiences, while others may stem from what we have seen, heard, or interpreted. Even when a situation is no longer present, its impact can continue to influence our inner state.
By gradually releasing these emotional burdens and perceptions stored in the subconscious, a greater sense of inner peace can take hold. The mind is less likely to get stuck in a loop, tension naturally eases, and it becomes easier to find calm. Meditation then becomes more natural, deeper, and more accessible.
How many sessions does it take to feel the difference?
The experience varies from person to person. We’ve all gone through many emotions over the years, so it’s natural for the process to unfold gradually. During each session, one or more emotional layers may be released, much like gently peeling an onion.
Online group sessions are offered on a monthly basis, allowing you to progress at your own pace, step by step. Over time, this regular work can help you regain calm, distance and a more stable inner peace.
Are the sessions held in groups?
Yes. Sessions are held in groups, either online via Zoom or in person. Confidentiality is guaranteed: no one knows what you’re working on internally, and you don’t have to talk about your problems. For emotional release sessions, a follow-up group meeting is also included at no additional cost.
Which session should you choose - emotional release or body release?
When it comes to meditation, an emotional release session is often the natural starting point, since it works directly on the memories and emotions stored in the subconscious.
Unresolved emotions often affect the physical body and manifest as various forms of tension, discomfort, or physical reactions. That is why emotional work often helps release certain built-up tensions in the body. The physical relaxation session is complementary, especially if you’re also experiencing physical tension related to your emotional burden.
